Problem setting the language in Safari for eZ Platform UI i18n

    Description

      I can correctly see eZ Platform UI by default in my config.
      Then I can add other languages (for ex. Polish, Norwegian) and select them by configuring language for Safari (Apple/System preferences/Language & region).
      Then I can't switch between these languages by changing language settings.

      Example: Request header: Accept-Language: nb-no but user still sees english.
