In order to run DateBasedPublisher and FlexWorkflow tests on master (future 2.2 version) they need to be adapted for the latests changes in PageBuilder.

To do:
1) Use the new PageBuilder steps (introduced in EZP-29108)
2) Use the same Page Elements as in AdminUI
3) Remove old Studio code dependencies
