Cannot open draft conflict modal when two jQuery are loaded

    Description

      When there are loaded two jQuery the draft conflict modal doesn't appear. This happens on ee-demo with netgen Tags

      Prereq: Content with some drafts

      1. Click edit button of this content.

      Actual: Nothing happend and in console is error
      Expected: Draft conflict modal appear.
