1. Create LP with Form block - we need to have at least one item in Form manager.
2. Go to Content/Form manager - there is one item with added form block from previous step.
3. Click on the name of Form - we are redirected to submission list, there is a title of table "No submissions" (see attachment No_sub.png)
4. Add at least one submission to the form
5. Go to Content/Form manager and click on form's name
6. We are redirected again to submission list, but now the title is: "Forms" (see attachment Form.png) - the same as previous page. Should it be "Submissions" instead?
