You cannot publish Content item based on content type with two media. If one of they is empty.

Prerequisites:

1. Content Type with fields:
   1. ezstring non-required, searchable, translatable
   2. ezmedia required, translatable
   3. ezmedia non-required, translatable

Steps:

1. Go to Content > Content structure
2. Click Create
3. Select content type from prerequisites
4. Fill ezstring field
5. Click Upload file on required media and choose file
6. Set Width and Height to 200
7. Click Publish

Actual result:

Nothing happens and one console error appear:

Note:

1. Item can be published if we fill second (non-required) ezmedia field
2. Besides console error there's also one warning:
