Formatting of URL alias name when an Editor enters invalid characters

Given that I write an alias name that contains invalid characters i.e. \/:*?"<>|&%.'#[]+= and the space character
When I try to create a URL alias with these characters in the alias name
Then the invalid characters will be replaced by a hyphen ‘-‘

e.g. Entered - my&url%alias'name
The expected result should be my-url-alias-name
