It should be possible to add new content view tabs without changing the core templates & controllers.

Approach

Without having tested it, we think that each tab should be a controller action + template.
Built-in tabs as well as custom tabs would be defined the same way.

How the feature is meant to be used by developers should be documented as markdown in the hybrid-platform-ui.
