Under some circumstances, the same content can be displayed simultaneously in different landing page blocks, such as in this scenario:

• An article has been added to a landing page block;
• At the same time, another block has selected the same article as the latest article;
• This results in the same article being displayed twice.

In some cases, this may be what is actually wanted, but in other cases, it may not.

Please make it possible for content to be manually flagged, so that users have control over whether content can be displayed simultaneously in different landing page blocks, or not.
