At the moment, the page title of the Hybrid App page is hardcoded with the value "AdminUI prototype" and when the user navigates, it is updated to "null".
Expected behaviour:

on first page load, the title should be related to the actual page (ie something like "Dashboard" on the dashboard, the name/path of names of the Content item when viewing a Content, ...) and this should both work for a full page generation and when the page is updated by with an AJAX request.
