Content on the fly window layout is distorted on IE.

Steps:
1. Log in to studio demo.
2. From dashboard click Create.
3. Verify the layout of the pop-up window.
4. Choose content type and click Next.
6. Verify the layout of the pop-up window.
Actual: Layout is distorted, the right edge is outside of view.
Expected: Layout fits the view.

Remarks: Please see attached.
Also notice that the background circles behind points "1" and "2" are misaligned.
Does not occur on win10 with Edge 38.
