Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new article, fill in all necessary details;
2. Add an HTTP link on the "body" field;
3. Store article as draft;
4. Verify that a new record was created in the 'ezurl_object_link' DB table for the new article link;
5. Edit draft, remove link created in step #2 and publish;
6. Verify that the 'ezurl_object_link' DB table still has the record from step #4.

A scenario where this has an impact is this:

When pages with broken URLs are updated with correct URLs and republished, the Link Checker (/url/list) still identifies the content as containing invalid links.
