Currently all changes are POSTed as notification to YOOCHOOSE, even if it is about content which is not recommendable. YOOCHOOSE checks this regarding the configured mappings and fetches the content only if it's necessary.

A configurable list of identifiers/content types should restrict and avoid unnecessary calls.
