      Description

      Hi,

Accordingly Time spec, the am/pm notation should be used when entering time. Currently, the field doesn't accept the am/pm notation

      Steps to reproduce

      – Create a content type with "Time" attribute
      – in PlatformUI, create an object of previous content type and introduce "01:00 am" in time field. Publish it
One can see that the field validation gives this notation as invalid.

As written in the spec, "To make it easier and more compliant with EU users, we will use standard HTML5 time field. No AM/PM" so this is invalid.
