I can reproduce this on a couple of active installs as well as a fresh install of 2014.07.1

Simply go into the admin, click on the content object's context icon in the tree view (or wherever) and select the 'upload multiple files' option, and get a URL like this:
http://admin.community-ez.local/ezmultiupload/upload/2

the page displays a kernel error (3).

The log only displays cryptic message:

[ Oct 05 2014 22:38:59 ] [192.168.33.1] error/view.php:
Error ocurred using URI: /ezmultiupload/upload/2
