          Hi,
I executed the Setup Wizard doing three tests:

          # Test Result
1 Untared ezp5.4, fetched packages from ci.ez.no and executed setup wizard OK
2 Untared ezp5.4, executed setup wizard OK
3 Untared ezp5.4, executed composer update, executed setup wizard Failed

In #3, when it failed, i have had the notices: https://gist.github.com/paulosilv/1682fd1587cbd2d9c7f1

That's because when you run composer, it changes the permissions...

          Nice.

To clarify, running composer update isn't require to fix the current issue. The online packages are up-to-date, and contain this fix.
