As far as I can see tedivm/stash 0.11 is being considered for future versions such as eZ Publish 5.3, but this could also be a useful improvement for eZ Publish 5.2 Platform.

However, changing it manually to 0.11 may not be that simple, since there are several differences between 0.10 and 0.11, which can lead to BC breaks.
So, such improvement may need to be planned and tested.
