A good way to start seems introducing the "hotkey" attribute at least for the Button Action View. Action Bars should dispatch the keyboard events and if one of their child's Action View has the "hotkey" which is currently pressed, the action should occur.

Requires some thinking, though, because as we've seen while implementing the escape key support for the Content Edit View, we need to correctly set the focus so that the hotkey is working.
