Due to both https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-21301 and https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-21044, the rest catchAll route had to be removed from the REST `routing.yml`.

In order to achieve the same result, a RESPONSE EventListener must be added, that checks if the response is an error and if it is a rest response.

If it is not, it creates a proper REST response, by matching common error codes to REST exceptions, provided to the visitor.
