If asynchronous publishing is working on a 5.2 or Master editing a published object is not affecting the symfony cache
Steps to reproduce

• Install 5.2 with ezdemo and configure assync publish
• Create a folder "News" and place "Article 1" inside
• Open <site_root>/News/Article-1 in browser and verify that the object was correctly created
• In back end edit Article 1 and change the only summary
• Verify in backend that the summary is changed
• Open <site_root>/News/Article-1, the summary was not change
  Note: If you open <site_root>/News the summary of Article-1 is correct ...
