Persistence/Stash Filesystem cache does not work on Windows (path length)

      Description

      On windows if you have eZ Publish installed in a sub tree of your directory structure, the default FileSystem cache will create warnings / exceptions.

      Only way to workaround at the moment is to disable stash cache or use for instance memcached, see doc for how to do that:
