Merging table cells does not work/save if you re-edit a page. It deletes the empty <td>. It does not appear to be giving the first td the "colspan" property.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit an article in eZ Publish 5.1 in IE8;
2. Create a table (2x2) in eZOE;
3. Merge two columns of a row;
4. Publish article and re-edit. Merged cells were not saved properly, as "colspan" property is missing.
