recommendation: editing, moving, hiding (etc) objects does not trigger pushing it to reco engine

    Description

      • when object is moved, reco engine should be notified of its new category
      • when object is hidden, reco engine should be told that it is deleted
      • when object which was recommendable gets flagged as not reco anymore (publish operation), reco engine should be told that it is deleted
