\eZ\Publish\SPI\Persistence\Content\Location\Handler::update() mentions "@return boolean", however, implementations doesn't all return something, e.g. \eZ\Publish\Core\Persistence\Legacy\Content\Location\Handler::update() doesn't return anything, as well as the underlying gateways.

This should be unified.
