      ezp installation with ezFind extension active

      Description

      Improve the rss feeds build performance using ezFind if available. the node list will be fetched directly from SOLR instead of using mysql to retrieve the results.

        Imho we should just move the whole of ezrss to a separate, dedicated extension (bundle),a s part of kernel-cleanup effort.
        In any case, ezfind should nto be a hard requirement for rss

        Kernel should not have knowledge of implementation (ezfind in this case), this will be fixed in 5.x when there is a Solr Handler and a RSS module using Search API.
