[Browsers] On text line <enter> provide keyboard shortcut for "Send for Publishing"

    Description

      When creating anything (as content or content classes), the text line attributes provide a fast way to "Send for publishing" through <enter> on Firefox, however, I've tried on IE and Chrome, and they behave differently, when pressing <enter> they go to "Preview".

      Steps to reproduce:
1 - login into admin2 with "Admin" account
2 - click at "Content Structure"
3 - create new Folder with data:
  - Name: "Test Folder"
4 - Hit <ENTER> key with mouse cursor on the Name input
5 - verify that on browser:
  - Firefox: sends for publishing
  - Chrome:  shows preview 
  - IE:      shows preview
