eZ Network installation Sanity check failed with eZ Oracle

      Description:

      When trying to install Service portal on a eZ Oracle installation, it raises an issue on the Sanity check from the Service portal

      Steps:

      1. Login into admin interface, using admin account
      2. Click on "Service Portal", from the top menu
      3. Click on "Next"
