publicAPI : urlAlias is not removed when removing an object

      Description

      After first changing name of an object and then removing it, all urlAliases for the object are kept in ezurlalias_ml table.

          Removal of aliases is now implemented on removing and trashing location.

          One difference from 4.x is that DB entries are not really deleted but converted to NOP entries instead.
          This was done because in 4.x it is possible to destroy custom alias by publishing and deleting aliases that take over NOP entries in custom alias path.
          It is still possible to change custom alias (as displayed in admin interface) by publishing and renaming aliases that take over NOP entries, but as everything is historized originally created custom alias should always work.
