    Description

      In eZ Publish 4,7 index_cluster.php relies on $_SERVER['SCRIPT_URL'] to determine the request url.

      On certain server configurations, such as Apache web server behind a varnish reverse proxy, this variable is not defined and will prevent the usage of the script.
