Hi,

since some months if you edit an article with Chrome (using the latest versions), the strong tags will be removed at publishing.

Maybe also some other formatting is lost.

Steps to reproduce

• Create an article with Firefox and write text, format some words bold.
• publish it
• Edit the same article with Chrome, make no changes, publish it
• Strong tags are gone.
