After creating a "ezxml.ini.append.php" file in "settings/override", eZ Publish 4.7 (Entreprise) don't override the default value of [TagSettings] TagPresets.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a file named "ezxml.ini.append.php" in "settings/override/" with the following content :

  <?php /* #?ini charset="utf-8"?
  
  [TagSettings]
  TagPresets[]
  TagPresets[mini]=Just formatting allowed
  
  */ ?>
  

• Create or edit an attribute of type "XML Block"
• "Just formatting allowed" no appears in Tag preset's options
