Steps to reproduce

1. create an article

2. create a custom fetch that returns the article

3. hide the article

4. set SiteAccessSettings -> ShowHiddenNodes to false in the frontend siteaccess

5. add ignore_visibility to the fetch parameters

5. the fetch should return the article, but it doesn't
