The yiu 2-in-3 loader loads yui files from cdn even when the loading from cdn has been disabled in ezjscore.
If access to the cdn is impossible, this results in a fatal error in file ezajax_autocomplete.js, fucntion initAutosuggest(). This in turns prevets other scripts on page from executing.

Suggestions:

1. add a try/catch block in initAutosuggest()

2. see if direct loading of yui2 components is a better idea than using the 2in3 loader. NB: useful discussion about cdn and 2in3: http://yuilibrary.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=15809
