The backend Content structure / Sub-Items "gear" functionality stops working when we create a class that have single quote in their name.

Steps to reproduce

Ok, first go to the backend “Content Structure” and make sure that the “gear” in the menu is working when you click it. (See image in attach).

Now go to “Setup/Classes” and create a class called “Editor's Picks Box”. Then go again to “Content Structure” and try to click in the “gear”. You will see that it is not working anymore. As reported, the problem seems to be the ' (single quote) in the name of the class.
