When you add an .mpg video as an windows media player object and embed it in an xml block, the template used is:
extension/ezwebin/design/ezwebin/override/templates/embed/windows_media.tpl

Even if you untick autoplay from the admin, the video stills autoplays.
The issue is:

• the tpl file is using the param 'play' instead of 'autostart'
• the value should be 'true' if it should autostart and 'false' (not empty) if not.

Also I notice the tpl is still using sections.
