support the eZDB::setErrorHandling( eZDB::HANDLE_EXCEPTIONS ) mode

• failed queries should throw an eZDBException
• no error messages should be thrown directly (use eZDebug::setHandleType( eZDebug::HANDLE_EXCEPTIONS ))

update to the newer eZDBNoConnectionException parameters (with error message + code)
