ezie: if there is an error loading image, editor can not be closed anymore

    Description

      tested both in ezflow frontend and admin2 designs

      get an http 500 error when GETting http://localhost/ezp/installs/ezpublish-4.4.0/index.php/ezie/prepare/90/eng-GB/395/2

      image does not show up in the editor

      when I click on 'quit', a POST is made to http://localhost/ezp/installs/ezpublish-4.4.0/index.php/content/edit/90/2/null/no_save_and_quit but editor does not go away
