cjwnewsletter : Undeliverable emails are stuck in the internal queue forever

      Hi

      Let's say you have configured the transport to be smtp. If you try to send to receipts which the smtp server refuses, cjw newsletter will detect that the delivery failed and will retry to send it indefinitely

      Steps to reproduce
      1.  Configure to use SMTP transport
2.  configure the smtp server to be the same smtp server which delivers email for example.com  (let's say it is named smtp.example.com)
3.  subscribe vtest@example.com to a list
4.  make sure vtest@example.com is an unknown email address for smpt.example.com
5.  Send the newsletter
6.  smtp.example.com will respond with "vtest@example.com, no such user here"
7.  newsletter will detect this, but will retry to sent to the receipt every time the cjw_newsletter_mailqueue_process cronjob is executed
8.  Sending of the newsletter will never be displayedas "complete" in the admin interface
