Creating and submitting a survey in admin2 interface does not store the results.

Steps to reproduce

Run the survey setup wizard

1. Log in as admin in plain admin interface
2. Click "Survey" in top menu
3. Click "Automatic" button
4. Click "Next" button
5. Click "Create new" button
6. Click "Content structure" in top menu
7. Create a folder named "Survey data"
8. Click "Survey" in top menu
9. Click "Browse" button
10. Click "Content structure" in top menu
11. Select "Survey data" and click Select button
12. Click "Next" button

Create a survey

1. Click "Content structure" in top menu
2. Create a new "Survey" object
Name : Test survey
3. Create a new "Section header"
Text of header : Our survey
4. Create a new paragraph
Text of paragraph : This is our paragraph
5. Create a new "Single/Multiple choice"
Text of question : Pick a color
Rendring style : Radio buttons in a row
Option label : "Red", Value:1, Order:1
Option label : "Blue", Value:2, Order:1
Option label : "Yellow", Value:3, Order:1
Option label : "Black", Value:4, Order:1
6. Create a new "Single/Multiple choice"
Text of question : What cars do you have
Rendring style : Checkboxes in a column
Option label : "BMW", Value:1, Order:1
Option label : "Audi", Value:2, Order:1
Option label : "Ferrari", Value:3, Order:1
Extra Option label : "Other", Value:4, Order:1, Default value : "Enter car manufacture"
7. Create a new "Text entry"
Text of question : How are you
8. Create a new "Number entry"
Text of question : Enter a number
Integer values only : checked
Minimum value : 50
Maximim value : 100
9. Create a new "Email entry2
Text of question : Your email address
10. Create a new "Related object"
Click "Add new" button
Description : This is some <strong>bold</strong> description
Plain text version : This is a plain text description
Click "Send for publishing" button
11. Click "Send for publishing" button

Submit a survey

1. Click on "test survey" link
2. Click "Preview" bar (located below top menu)
3. Enter the following survey answers:
Pick a color : Blue
What cars do you have :

• BMW
• Other : Volvo
  How are you : I am fine
  Enter a number : 40
  Your email address : test@test.no
  4. Verify that the following text is displayed above the "submit" button:
  This is some bold description
  5. Click "Submit" button

Submit don't validate the number field, form is submitted but values are not stored.
