Because of changes in TinyMCE 3.3.x (forces use of style instead of obsolete align attribute) alignment does not work at the moment in trunk and in OE that comes with 4.4.0alpha1.

Either adapt code for legacyoutput plugin, or change aliment handling in parser and theme to support aliment by style. (last option preferred, but do not remove align attribute support i parser, should be there in case of pasting form other sources or when used in data import)
