In the lib/ezpdf/class.ezpdftable.php there is a function ezTable where the first parameter definition is a reference, the & causes this to fail when used with PHP5.3.

To fix remove the & from $data on line 174 (ez 4.3.0) or line 172 (4.2.0) of lib/ezpdf/classes/class.ezpdftable.php
