Hi,

if a user is logged in, you disable the input of the email field, but you show it. Why not hiding it? The disabled - empty - field confuses the users.

The same issue at the name field: If you have a logged in user, you don't need the name, you already have it. (Just take $current_user.contentobject.name|wash).

Less fields, less errors, more comments...
