ezmultiupload icone is missing on eZ FLow 2.0

    Description

      Hi,

      I freshly installed eZ Publish 4.2 with eZ Flow 2.0. The ezmultiupload icone is not visible in ezwebintoolbar for folder and galleries. But it is working while we access to the system URL :
      ezmultiupload/upload/<node_id>

      Steps to reproduce

      Connect as admin in ezwebin and try to access in folder or gallery to ezmultiupload.
