I think there's a small typo in the event_view_program.tpl template. The fetch should be limited to 15 items, but it uses the limitation parameter instead of limit, and therefore all events are fetched instead of just 15.

Steps to reproduce

1) create an event calendar with view set to program
2) create more than 15 events in the future
3) see how all events get displayed on the website instead of just 15
