• currently icons cannot be easily added or overridden
• there is also no need to give end users access to the share dir, except for icons

We should simplify the stuff and make it behave like the other design resources do:

• move the standard design icons in design/standard/icons and design/admin/icons
• rewrite the icon related template operators to be simple wrappers around ezdesign:
  a - find out the correct icon file name given class/mimetype (small bit of extra logic)
  b - use ezdesign logic to find out where the icon file is

It could even be done in a very simple extension...
