When you install a new 4.1.2 eZ Publish with PlainSite packages, there is a problem with your preferences settings in Administration Interface.

The problem is when you are clicking on the "Object states" window control button - it doesn't effect.

The problem occur because your site.ini.append.php file in your admin siteacces hasn't set the CachedViewPreferences[full]=admin_navigation_states=0 variable.

Probably the eZSiteAdminSiteINISettings function from ezsite/var/storage/packages/ez-systems/plain-site/settings/ini-admin.php should set admin_navigation_states variable.
