Different icons for ezoe buttons: 'Publish' and 'Draft'

    Description

      At present the same 'sprite' within icons.png is used for both the 'Send for publishing' and 'Store Draft' buttons.

      Suggest 'Store Draft' is changed to look different (see attachment for suggested change and CSS)
