Reproducable in eZ Publish 4.0.1 and 4.1.0

After created a new node, the node did not publish, it waiting for approval before.

Against if the new node is created by copying (copy subtree), ez givse the following error:

Warnings:

Unable to publish the object (ID = 127).

Number of nodes in the sub-source tree - 17
The subtree has not been copied.

and if you try to run "php runcronjobs.php frequent", the result is a fatal error :
