Javascript error when adding an image that needs to be approved

    Description

      When adding an image, a javascript error is thrown if the image needs to be approved in an "event/approve workflow".

      Steps to reproduce

      With a fresh install of eZ Publish 4.1 (also tested with eZ Publish 4.0.1)
      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a workflow "Event / Approve" so that all content (All sections / All languages / All versions) needs to be approved by the admin
      3. Login as another user
      4. Edit a content with a XML block attribute
      5. Add an image in the XML block
