Let's say we set a discount with decimal, i.e. 10.88%. Everything works fine until we put such discounted product in the basket. The decimal part is then cut off to integer 10%. What's worse it's not only displayed, the final price to pay is counted from this incorrect discount.

The bug affects eZ 4.x. As far as I checked 3.x versions are ok (tested 3.9 and 3.10).
