Currently, at least the ezurlalias_ml informastion is kept, and has to be removed by an additional call to e.g. eZContentObjectTreeNode::removeThis(). See eZContentObjectTreeNode::removeNodeFromTree() for an example.

eZContentObject::purge() should remove this information too.
